📢 We are looking for a Full-Time Pizza Chef – Il Mercato Restaurant
The Il Mercato restaurant, with two active and constantly expanding branches, is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join its full-time team.
đź“Ť Locations: Our two branches are located in Papendrecht and Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht
🎯 Main tasks:
- Preparing and baking pizzas according to house standards
- Managing the dough and checking the leavening
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the station
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure quality and service times
âś… Requirements:
- Experience as a pizza chef
- Knowledge of dough and baking techniques (Valoriani wood and gas ovens)
- Knowledge of the English language (basic/intermediate level) to communicate with the team
- Precision, speed and ability to work in a team

Il Mercato is gesitueerd in het centrum van Papendrecht. Il Mercato is inmiddels al 12 jaar lang een publiekslieveling met de gastvrije service, eigentijdse ambiance en complete wijnkaart. Op de menukaart een verscheidenheid aan Italiaanse gerechten, pasta’s en pizza’s uit de traditionele steenoven uit Napoli.
